For limousine, transfer and chauffeur operators
Take bookings on your own price list, on the web and in WhatsApp.
Oovroom gives your customers a fixed quote in seconds and gives your drivers their jobs in the chat app they already use. You keep the customer, the payment and the price.
The booking page on app.oovroom.com is a sample while we build with our first operators.

How it works
- 1
Set your zones
Group postcodes, districts or a radius around the airport into zones. Rename them the way your drivers say them.
- 2
Set a price per route
One fixed price for each pickup zone to drop-off zone, per vehicle type. Add airport fees, child seats and night or holiday surcharges.
- 3
Customers get a quote
On your booking page or in WhatsApp, with the same line-by-line breakdown. A trip outside your zones comes to you as a request to quote.
- 4
They pay you
Through your own payment gateway, or by bank transfer with a slip you check yourself.
- 5
You assign a driver
The driver gets the job in WhatsApp, taps Accept, then Picked up and Done.
Bookings in WhatsApp
Customers message your Oovroom number and answer a few taps: pickup, drop-off, date, passengers, vehicle. They get the same quote as on the web and confirm in the chat.
The customer always starts the conversation. Oovroom does not message people who have not written to you first.
- Buttons and lists instead of typing where it can
- If one of your team replies from the WhatsApp Business app, the bot pauses for that chat
- Reply limits per sender and a block list for spam
- A monthly message limit per operator, with an alert before it is reached
You take the money
Oovroom does not hold your customers' money. Payments go to you through your own gateway (Stripe, HitPay or Airwallex), or by bank transfer.
For bank transfers the customer uploads a slip on the web or sends a photo in WhatsApp. The booking stays on hold until you mark the slip verified. Cancellation and refunds follow the rules you set at booking.
- Pay link in the quote, or bank details and slip upload
- You see payment status next to each booking
- Cancellation rules set by you, shown to the customer before they book
What you control
Zones
Postcode lists, districts or a radius. Singapore postal districts and a Changi Airport zone come preloaded.
Prices
A fixed price per route and vehicle type, plus pickup and drop-off fees per zone.
Add-ons and surcharges
Child seats, wheelchair access, late-night windows, public holidays.
Drivers
Assign a job and the driver takes it in WhatsApp. Each driver can open a page with their own rides.
Built for small fleets
Oovroom is for operators with a handful of vehicles up to a few dozen. It is run by a person at Overcode, and its assistant is an AI. If you ask whether you are talking to a person, it tells you.
